SHB40115 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are competent in a prescribed range of beauty therapy treatments and services, including facial massage, lash and brow treatments, nail services, make-up, waxing and body massage; as well as providing advice on and selling retail skin care and cosmetic products.

You’ll develop the skills and knowledge to provide beauty treatments including advanced facials, waxing, manicure and pedicure treatments, body massage and body treatments.

This comprehensive program will teach you how to conduct yourself as a professional in any salon or as a self-employed beauty technician.

If you are interested in pursuing the top qualification in the beauty industry or would like to build further upon your knowledge The Beauty House Academy also offers the SHB50115 Diploma of Beauty Therapy which incorporates the  SHB40115 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.

The SHB40115 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy has a total of 19 Units. There are 13 core and 6 elective units. We have put together an exciting selection of electives to complement your core units. 

Provide body massages, design and apply makeup, provide body treatments, apply eyelash extensions, provide specialised facials – etc.

Step 1.

Select the date you would like to start your study.

Step 2.

Check the Entry Requirements to see if you are eligible and qualify.

Step 3.

Submit a fully completed Application Form. Please make sure to use your full legal name as it appears on your passport.

Step 4.

We will assess your application based on the academic and English entry requirements for your preferred degree.

If your application is successful, an electronic offer package will be sent to you.  This will include the following:

  • Offer Letter
  • Name and duration of the course in which you have been accepted
  • Tuition fees and other costs

Step 5.

Once you have received your offer, read it carefully.  Then submit the required documentation to satisfy any outstanding conditions of enrolment.  You will also need to complete and sign the Acceptance and Payment Agreement.

Step 6.

We will then issue you an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE). This is the document that you require in order to apply for an Australian student visa.

Use your eCOE to obtain a student visa from your nearest Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
